Abstract

The article deals with the latest methods and instruments for the corpus data analysis. Particular attention
is paid to deinition of the notions “corpus” and “linguistic corpora”. The basic characteristics and stages
of work with electronic Oxford Text Archive and computer program WordSmith are described.
